This stylish Cuisinart griddler will fit handsomely into you kitchen. The unit can be easily broken down for cleaning or to be adjusted for different cooking projects. The high-hinged cover is described as floating because it will adjust to the thickness of the item being cooked.
To customize your cooking experience, simply open the cover and select the appropriate non-stick. Choose the reversible grill or griddle plates that easily snap into place. Grease is drained into a drip tray. All these components can be cleaned in the dishwasher or by hand. A scraper tool is included with the unit and is also dishwasher friendly.
